even less is known about this comp! Released at NAMM aparently. (isnt NAMM over now?)

Hopefully its around the 1K mark. Now i just need SSL and Avalon Designs to make 500 series modules...lol

Big news. Looks like it will be a fantastic little piece!

Coming only months after the 517 pre, it begs the question as to what else they've got in the pipeline... :-?

Yes that would be a great move. Unfortunately, I doubt they could cram the full 5033 eq feature set into a 500 space - it scarcely fits into their half-rack Portico footprint. But they might shoehorn the eq half (incl the HPF) of a 5032 in, and that is still a great eq.
