The big TURTLEROCK in caps looks weird to me. Makes me want to pronounce it Turt-ler ock. Maybe it's the VU for an 'o'.

Mark is it possible to set a fluid content area width or does it need to be set for mobile viewing?

I preferred the valves to the reels but it doesn't matter either way. The background for the five full reels isn't the same colour/transparency as the others.

I would perhaps edit the masthead image to make the VU the size that the O would have been..

I think it's the font too. Stylish as it is the separated 'CK' makes it look like the Calvin Klein Forum. That's just nit-picking though...

What would you name a fragrance for Mastering Engineers?

Infidelity

Compression

Spectrum...

Analysis

Peak

Distortion

Impatience?

I think the fragrance would have a mixture of complex woody notes cradled uncompromisingly by tones of vintage iron and soft leather, subtle hints of Colombian coffee beans, murmurs of vinyl album covers and echoes of the wife/ girlfriend you never make it home on time to.

Speaking of tubes, I'm doing some research for a friend who has a Mesa dual rectifier and he wants to know where the best place is to get his tubes replaced as one of them looks like my avatar when its on. Is there someone here with any experience changing them and which model tubes are recommended?

Love the new look, but I have noticed topics don't split across more than one page anymore. Not a big deal, but some of the bigger posts (like this one!) are a bit harder to navigate. Thanks for the work Mark! I've been making a forum for something else myself lately, and it can be a pain in the arse....
