Negative Voltage Regulators

does anyone have a good local source for negative voltage regulators? i'm after some TO-3 package 15V and 18V voltage regulators... seems pretty dumb but i'm struggling to find a supplier for the -15 and -18 (even the +18 actually). checked RS, jaycar, x-on, farnell... i thought these were pretty standard but maybe not?

part numbers would be L7815/7915 and L7818/7918 or similar (or LM320/340 in the old language).

actually I only need one of each, so if anyone has some lying around...

Not local, but ebay kills all others for cheapness on bits like that..

That's the way it is with small electronics components these days. Silly, I know, but what can you do?

this happy little fella does either voltage, with 2 extra resistors....

And if you want +18V in TO3, jaycar stock the LM317.
