Hi folks, I have a great production space on offer for the right person to make full use of on a shared / part time basis.

The room is a compact but well treated LEDE design, in a professional setting featuring shared reception, kitchen, green room & ammenities. The room itself is comprehensively equipped with HD3 system featuring 24 ins / 32 outs, accompanied by SSL Summing plus API, Manley, Avalon, Urei, Cranesong, Tk Audio outboard etc, etc . The room is primarily setup for mixing, but features access to a reasonable sized booth for overdubs (accessible via 8 way loom ) With more than enough choice in mic's / pre's etc to exploit it. Everything accessible via bantam bays.

I love this space, however my work see's me spending too much time in other studios to make full use of it. I am completely flexible in terms of how the time is split. Whether you need a set amount of days per week, or a continuous block of days per month, I believe it can be accommodated. This is my place. Got it pretty much how I want it, and then too busy elsewhere (including Jim's) To fully exploit it. Definitely no complaints about that. But I reckon it's a great opportunity for someone else to step in & take advantage of some of the time my place is sitting silent .... as long as they promise to water & deafen the plants regularly

Reviving an old post I know..

I am moving to Sydney in October, have been running a studio in darwin and am keen to find a shared studio space with creatives...I have a complete set up for studio and road cased for getting out and about....
