Hi there
Here's some Neve bit's & pieces I've had in storage for a quarter of a century!
Might be good to DIY some mic pre's or you could put some real Neve iron into those 1073 clones.
Black Marinair T1452 (31627) Input Transformers: $100 each
St Ives 10468 Input Transformers: $150 each
Marinair LO1166 Output Transformers: $250 each
St Ives VT22543 Output Transformers: $100 each
B283AM Class A amplifier boards: $75 each
B338 Class A amplifier boards: $75 each
B340 Class AB amplifier boards: $75 each
The B338 and B340 are used in the Neve 1081.
The B283 is used in the Neve 1073 & 1084, 1272, 1290 etc.
10468 input xfmr, B283 amplifiers and LO1166 output transformers are the building blocks to build an authentic 1073, 1290, 1272 mic pre. Note you'll need to add about $10 worth of components to the B283 for the second amplifier stages.
A cheaper alternative to achieving a Neve Class A mic pre is utilizing a B338 and a Marinair T1452 (31627) wired backwards as suggested by Joe Malone (JLM). This will be an unbalanced output but ideal for souncards and other unbalanced gear. See the following JLM links for schematics and transformer info.

All these items were part of a Neve 8026 console.

Hi Ben
Should be able to let you know what's available later in the week after I've filled the current orders.
If you want the 10468's or the LO1166's you'd better be quick as I don't have many left.
Thanks
Greg
