sale cancelled.

I was hoping to raise a few $ to help out with my upcoming wedding, but I was being a bit optimistic - I really don't have the time to deal with any of this, so it can pay back my savings later. I will get around to selling it when I have some time.

Don't sell them if you can help it. In my experience with partially/almost complete DIY audio gear (which is heaps, by the way), the satisfaction of finishing something you never thought you would is worth way more than the couple o' hundred bucks you sell all your hard work collecting parts for!

I agree. There's a few things I've built that I could probably sell for the price of the parts I bought them for.
But ultimately I sweated, sniffed lead solder, put a screwdriver into my pinky finger, wasted time on electronic website mazes and ordered particular things from the other side of the universe to ever let them go.

I know exactly what you're both talking about, but the thing is I've actually done a fair bit of DIY over the last year, but my interests are moving away from pro audio style stuff and back to synth stuff. I really don't see any time that any of that stuff will get a look in.
