Any of you Vic guys know anything about the soundtracs topaz console up for sale in the trading post. Link

i.e condition, what studio its from etc

Don't know about the Topaz but i had a Soundtracs PC for a while and didn't like the mids at all. Cloudy or wolly sounding would describe it, so try to get a listen before you buy

Hi Beck,

The Topaz was one of the *Cheapest* soundtracs that was around at the end of the 8 buss boom of the early 90's.(there are bad Topaz copies around today!)

For all soundtrac info...there is only one place !!

Hey thanks for the link, yeah it seems to have mixed reactions.

Just keeping a look out for a good 16 or 24 channel console (8 bus).
