Room needed

I know it’s very late notice and I’m almost asking the impossible, but I’m hoping someone has a suggestion.

I’m looking for a room to record some drums in starting Tuesday next week through til Friday in Sydney’s inner west.
I've got all the gear needed for the session so would only be looking for a room/space that would be suitable for drums and some guitar od’s. Hoping that there might be something that’s not being used and doesn’t have any problems with noise (in or out).
The female artist is playing her own drums and guitar so there would be the artist and myself onsite only.


Budget is tight.

Any suggestions??

could also try the Sonic Factory in Belmore....they have carpet walled soundproof rehearsal rooms, and a studio upstairs.

u could prob just cart your gear into their Room 1 and do a decent recording, although snagging that room sometimes can be tricky, no idea how good their smaller rooms are for recording.

Is Wagga Wagga too far. Maybe it's more South/ West.

Top End Sound Studios on Sydenham road could be worth trying, I have rehearsed there a couple of times, pretty nice place.
