Hi,
I have a pair of 160vu on the way. By the looks of the schematic, the 160 transformers look to be wired for dual 120v primaries. Not having too much experience with this, is it simply a matter of rewiring the transformer so the two primaries are in series?
I know my 120v spx1000 had to be used with a stepdown on account of the type of powersupply in it, but this is a much simpler supply right?

yes, most 160's have the dual primaries. Halve the fuse rating too.
