FS Distressor

Hi guys,

random chain of events has led to a brand new EL8X Distressor being delivered to my door this morning, replacing a broken one I sent to repair. Was supposed to get my old one back but something went wrong with the shipping.

The Distressor has been out of my rack for a good couple of months longer than I expected and I've not really missed it so before I open the box and rack it up does anyone wanna buy it?

How does $1600 + shipping sound?

Would consider trade / part trade for another comp.

I can remember when these were all the rage, with esoteric mumbling about "British Mod" mode. Geez, I must be getting old.

they are still the rage (i dont care that much about the brit mod) but most people who want/ need them already have them. they get bought and sold all the time.

we have 3 at gigpiglet
first one i bought for 1400 (as new in box etc)
next two i bought as a pair for 2200 (in boxes, as new)

dont need another, and not for that price.

Think it would be difficult to get a brand new unit for $1500 in Aus without dodging import duty.

I don't dislike the Distressor - it's a good tool.

I also don't need to sell it – but if I can I'll replace it with something different.

If you think the price is too high drop me a line.
