It's great to see you have finished "dry sailing"! I'm sure I'm not the only one here that is looking forward to seeing the new studio and having a beer at the BBQ.

Congrats Rick ! It's a great feeling when you can stop being a "studio builder" for a while and be a "studio user"! Now just 1001 little jobs to go!

Life, for some reason, can be very difficult. And that u have achieved this, Rick, especially during a difficult time is to be commended. Congratulations.

I would love to come to see your new place. And a BBQ would be great.
