Long shot I know but I'm in the market for a pair of MV692's and M93 or M70 caps.

Could do ebay.de but would like them for a project in a month so time's not really on my side.

Hud sold me a MV692 recently and I haven't got around to buying a UM70 for it as yet.
I'd be happy to lend it to you for your project if you want to match it with Hud's caps.

If anyone is reading this that has a UM70 cap for sale please get in touch.

Looks like I might be halfway sorted for capsules if I can find some mv692 bodies locally.

What sort of project are you doing with the Gefells? I have 2 pairs of mics in melbourne but as I am in Swaziland getting them to you may be a bit of an effort... I do have 4 different sets of caps to go with them inc. the um70.

I tracked some stuff with them last year in a very very very live space with fairly limited mic selection and a Ta@#$% Dm-3200 ( http://the-quadratic-contingency.bandcamp.com/ ) and I think we'll be using the same space. Rather than fight it I'm wanting to use it and make it part of the sound.

In terms of the gefell's specifically - I'm going to need a good set of sdc's that can be used as distance mics and it's a good excuse for me to bolster my mic collection.
