Free. 5x P & G faders

Postby TimC » Sat Nov 03, 2012 1:30 pm

Hi guys,

Inherited these a while ago. Didn't have a use for them then, definitely not now..
They seem to be the same part with different cases (PCBs look the same)
No idea of condition, no idea of worth. So just come get them if you want them.
I dont have time to muck around with selling. I live a few mins from LoveHz and my studio is in Chippendale..

Maybe they're worth a sixpack?

Hey Tim!

Do you know what resistance they are? I need a few VCA faders for my desk and am conveniently just up the road in Darlington.

Hey Alistair,

Can you explain the wiring of these, or better - how they differ from a standard pot? These faders have 4 wires, 2 which are linked. And the board seems to have multiple tracks that the slider moves back and forwards on..

Cheers,

Hey Gents,

I am chasing a few replacements for an MCI600. From memory they are 10k? I'll double check on wednesday and get back to you.

MCI faders use lovely plastic end bits that crumble nicely with age. X(
Standard 104mm will work a treat... 120mm throw with 142mm mounting whole spacing will work even better!
