The lease at 10 Elgin Place is coming to an end and I'd like to assess my options

Firstly, I am not getting out of the business, and none of the equipment is for sale
Secondly, I wish to make it clear that this is purely for Expressions Of Interest, and no decisions have been made on my behalf

IF, and it's a big IF.. IF i were to be leaving 10 Elgin, it would be in February, so time is of the essence
The future of the premise is very up in the air, there is no lease and at best there will be a single year lease to begin with, and the landlord / agent is a true piece of work

this opportunity would best suit someone who:

- has a lot of gear and currently works out of home
- works out of a production space that is restricting their productivity
- wishes to 'test the waters' in a commercial environment

I have no intention to sugar coat it

Who knows, this may be just the perfect thing for many people out there

If you have a neat / not too troublesome setup to move then you can easily enjoy 30 days a month of tracking and mixing time in great rooms for not much more than what 5 days regular studio hire would cost you. You can do that for at least a year! (they've been talking development for the past 15 years, wouldn't surprise me in the least if their plans drag on for another 5)

How about a nice U67 + an 1176 then?
