Sennheiser 441 diagram - anyone?

I've got a pair of Sennheiser 441 mics which I aquired 2nd hand at different times. One has stopped working. I've opened it up and have discovered the red wire coming down from the mic to the connecter has come off. I've opened up the other one to have a look where it goes and its a newer build and is quite different. Does anyone have a assembly/wiring diagram to suit? I've looked to see if its obvious where the wire may have come detached from, but unfortunately its not. (no holes in solder or anything like that). It does also look like someone has had an untidy attempt at repairing this mic before too.
