Impressive!

Cheers Chris.
It really does feel good. We've got our own little system going. Shop at independently owned wholesalers once a month and buy in bulk. Anything we can't get there we get from either the independent supermarket/larder in the next town, or our local fruit and veg. Spend a few days making curries, pies, slow cookers, home made patties, Sichuan, pizza made from scratch (the dough is just yoghurt and flour), then freeze the lot. Get it out to thaw the night before and just re heat in the oven. It's all delicious top quality food and I feel lucky to have access to it all. I eat like a king every night.
Hoping to raid Mr Townend's veggie garden to make us all a stack of zucchini pickles (I'll help till the soil Chris, plant some basil and I'll make you the best pesto you've ever had).

Best of all is not having to walk through any of those big chain corporate bottom end life stealers.

I forgot to mention, I resolve to drink more water, but also use less water.
