Looking for Voice over studio in Sydney

Hi TRs,
Need a VO or post studio close to the CBD, dedicated dead VO booth, headphone monitor system with control room talk back, Pro Tools, Sennheiser 416.
Probably a 2 hour session with a regular radio announcer. With an additional session on another day if needed.
Our studios VO booth is not yet up and running and I'd rather not have the talent sitting underneath blankets and
Egg cartons.
Kind of high profile client so the space needs to be a bit specy.
Anybody know of sucha place.
