Power conditioning for a studio/rehearsal space?

I would like to find out what the best way is to set uppower conditioning for a clients studio/rehearsal space with two rooms.
I would like to be able to present a few different options to him.
Is it better to somehow do it where the power box is or will it only be possible to do it seperatly in both room.
What type of conditioner should I look for and what brands should I research.

i think its just that your post isn't clear as to what you exactly want to do?

are you looking for power conditioner suggestions to plug into your existing house power?

or are you talking about the best way to wire power back to a new DB?

if you can explain clearly what you are trying to achieve, im sure some folks (myself included) will chip in

Using a double conversion UPS would be one way to go, depending on how much current draw you need.
You will need to figure out how many amps/watts you require with regard to the size of the UPS,1500VA, 3000VA etc.

Having 2 separate rooms makes it a little tricky.
You are better to run your heavy current draw items like power amps/self powered speakers & gtr amps with no conditioning(hopefully your power is reasonably clean), due to possible power sag from the UPS.
Running control, outboard & your computer & DAW kit on the UPS will get you a long way down the road to a workable situation.
