wtb: digital breakout cable for profire 2626

Hey guys I have just purchased a used profire 2626 unfortunately seller has not included the breakout cable to give me spdif, word clock and MIDI connections.

Let me know if you have one that you'd be willing to part with. Or if you can point me in the right direction to buy new that wld be great too.
