Man what a shame, I always thought she was great!

I loved the authority with which she performed, and she had "it" as soon as she started singing you knew who it was.

A great loss.

She was one of the first gigs I ever went to as a young'un, the Divinyls at City Limits in Devonport. Never to be forgotten, she was absolutely monstrous.

Very sad news

Chrissy and Mark McEntee spent a week at my house/studio, swimming in my pool and recording demos for an album too many years ago.
She was kinda crazy (in a beautiful way) but I must say she totally amazed me when it was time to record the vocals.
Close to the best singer I've recorded. Every take was super-charged and insipired.

I never got paid for the job........for reasons far too long winded to explain here......and in the end money doesn't mean much compared to all the other stuff.

It was a joy seeing Chrissy at work.
Also Mark.....a really inventive guitarist.

Extremely sad.

I was at a songwriting session when I heard the news for my duo, and we learnt pleasure and pain for our set...

An incredible talent and a brave woman.

So long Chrissy.

Sad news.
She HAS such an original voice - so much soul.
I would have loved to hear her singing into old age, like a great bottle of red wine - the voice would have aged beautifully.
What a huge loss.
