Smart Send WTF

Has anyone used these freight services? - Smart Send.
Very Disappointed.
The seller used there services to send me stuff, still has not arrived now 9 days later.
They have no phone number to ring.
There registered business is
32 Jeays St, Bowen Hills QLD 4006
(07) 3257 1771.
The lady on the phone says they are an online freight company and we only handle there accountant work and cant help.
What sort of sham is this???

She did not like it when I rung her on her personal Mobile and wants to know who gave me the number?
Should I tell her?

At least things seems to be progressing now - but I still dont have my parcel that currently is 16 days in delivery.

I was thinking of plastering her number all over the internet so people could have a contact point for Smart Send???
