Anybody coming up from Tas capable of bringing a tape machine up with them? Gareth? Chris?
Alternatively, any suggestions for shipping? It's packed in a heavy duty road case so not really fragile transport but weighing in at around 20-25kg.
Thoughts?

what kind of machine is it to only weigh 25kgs in a case?
domestic check in limit is 32kgs… so you could literally just fly with it.
im not headed to tassie for a while though
for one well packed piece - id just as soon send it with a courier.

I've never had any issues with pack n send.
seems like a pretty good company who make an effort
for something like that - already in a case - i think thats probably as good a solution as any

Hey Myles - try Chris Bell Removals - in Hobart.
They do a Hob/Melb/Syd run weekly - very reasonable prices.
I can help out at the Tassie end drop off if its good.

Hey, Myles so it was you who bought that Otari! That looks like as clean a machine as you'll ever see, well done. I was interested in it but baulked at the shipping, but you'll find a way... maybe just take your car on the ferry next time you head down south!
