Binary Diffusors

Postby Vic » Tue Mar 18, 2014 3:05 pm

Well, when I made PRD Diffusors recently it seemed to go down well, so over the last few weeks I have made some Binary Diffusors for the ceiling, so thought I would share them here.

3700 drilled in pattern onto each sheet of MDF x 6 = 22200 holes in total.

Work well on the ceiling, hung half of them today.

Yep, here's my template. There were 50 templates on each mdf sheet.

:-)

I'm just ignorant and remote. I didn't know there was such a thing as a kitchen place with a cnc :-)

And doing it this way, it only cost me the price of 6 sheets of MDF.

But, 5 days after finishing drilling the holes my wrist and forearm are still mighty sore.

22200 holes in total.

Now that's what I call commitment.

I'm going to nominate you for the Turtlerock DIY'er of the Year Award! :-bd

Keep up the the good work and don't forget to wear a face mask when you're working with MDF.
