East Coast Courier for heavy items

Anybody have any leads on cheaper couriers that can transport heavy items (100kg) on the East Coast and pickup from a residential address (eg, no forklift available)?

I've got a few quotes around the $5-600 mark, that are probably reasonable for the job but still a lot of cash to pony up. Any thoughts?
