WTH : Studio Space (SYD)

So I've recently been told that I'll have to vacate my space in Chippendale..

Wondering if there's anyone with some space going?

Don't need a lot, Primarily used as production suite, a booth or small room would be ideal..
but also need a storage space for 2 touring musicians worth of flight cases, gear etc.. 24hr access and a relatively decent load in.. Longterm ideal.. We're not really high-traffic kinda operators..

Could look to going to a bigger space depending on fitout/size and sharing with some other people..

Don't mind labouring a bit to get it right...

Somewhere close-ish to the city - I am in Newtown and my studio partner in Clovelly

TAG is in a complex of suites, corner of Bridge and Salisbury Rds Stanmore, and there's an ad on the outside for some vacant ones (not sure which one), but it would be easy to ring the agent and find out. Meanwhile you can check out the 'venue' with a visual inspection.
