Hey I'm after re-20s as a pair, so hopefully they are in same condition ageing etc

I bought mine new, maybe 7 or 8 years ago. They are still as good as ever.
As someone who likes old gear, and old EV mics particularly, I have no regrets about buying new, matching Re 20s.

Hey Paul, do you mean there is such a thing as factory matched pairs? (I can't find that) or they match as they're both new?

Hi, they match because they are made by EV to very tight tolerances and are from the same batch.
They have no issues because they are/were new.
I believe very early ones had internally switchable impedance. The newer ones don't. Same great mic though.
