The RT3 is basically the same as a B3/C3 but larger and with an extra monophonic synth section for the pedals (in addition to the regular pedal tonewheels). The RT3 is the model that is in Abbey Rd Studios and was used by the Beatles. It sometimes takes a minute or so to start up, but other than that works and sounds awesome.
The Leslie 122 sounds great although the cabinet looks messy. I think with a bit of work on the cabinet it might look good. Generally works and sounds great - sometimes theres a bit of a rattle or buzz from the cabinet but this is generally sorted out with a light wack. Its missing the bracket that keeps the amp in place inside the cabinet but this isn't a big deal.
The PR40 is in quite good cosmetic condition but has a few scratches. It sounds great and I had Geoff Williamson install a spring reverb tank which is awesome. I think there has been the occasional issue with this making strange noises but they usually disappear after a short while. I don't use the PR40 too much however so it may be in need of a service.
The Hammond & Leslie have been looked over and serviced where necessary by Hammond expert technician Geoff Williamson. His last service was a couple of years ago so they are overdue for a checkup, but I've been really happy with their performance. The only reason I'm selling is because I've recently purchased a C3 which takes up a little less room.
This has been a smoke free studio setup only during the time I've owned it (about 6 or 7 years?) and in that time i've recorded it loads. It's appears heavily on the soundtrack to the upcoming US feature film "The Lookalike" and you can hear it on the tracks below by acts like Mantra, Seth Sentry, The Public Opinion Afro Orchestra and the Bamboos.

Re: For Sale: Hammond Organ RT3, Leslie 122 & PR40 Tone Cabi
Hi. Just letting everyone know, I have a few offers in now on the Hammond/Leslie separated. I'll be considering these and probably making a decision over the weekend. If you're interested - now is your chance to get an offer in to me. An offer from around $5,500 or upwards will take the complete setup. Alternatively, if you're just after the organ or the Leslie separately, offers are welcome.
