Recently serviced with new face plate fitted by Soundfield UK.

3D, holographic, surround, blah blah blah but yes it records height information you can hear as long as you have a suitable hall and playback environment.

Preamps, cables, cradle included and a cool telefunken wooden box for mic.

Dial in the width you want as you record.

100% phase coherent.
Image to die for.

Pianos, acoustic guitars, orchestras, vocals, drums etc etc…….

Throw it up and there's your sound.

Outputs LR @ +4dbu
or switchable M/S

Infinitely variable polar patterns.

100% mono compatible.

Amazing mics! I have had the pleasure of recording with the one at Melba Hall, Melbourne uni on many occasions and later messing with B format plugins. Wish I could afford this mic at the moment
