Protools hd native pci card and a Mac Pro - sold

Postby rick » Tue Oct 28, 2014 12:20 pm

Ok I have a redundant protools native hd card installed in a fully functioning
Mac Pro running tools 11 ( I think its a 2009 8 core 2.8 mac but I will have to check ) works great no issues

Ok there is one issue I am not selling the hd licence with it no screens no mice

So If you already have tools hd and want another hd rig here is your chance

$1200 card and mac

Somebody make it easy for me will you ?

I am selling because my new home studio is 1.6 meters by 3.4 meters !!
Possibily the smallest studio space ever built !
I have gone Mac mini to get the computers (2 )
Footprints down .. And bought a thunderbolt hd native and a native Sadie system for
For The home "office"
I'll post some pictures when I tune the home space .. Its tiny weeny funny .

That's very cool Rick!

Everyone has to make due with what they have available.

What Sadie system do you have for home?

I am working on the acoustic paneling today
If somebody buys my hd rig photos will be much quicker
I need some money for material to cover the panels
In the worlds smallest studio
Otherwise its a wait n see

I now have 2 mac minis at home
1 hd native protools with a 16x8 interface
And
1 Sadie native 6.1 and stereo Weiss interface
Running into my little ssl x desk
A little desk to sit at fix / muck around with microphones
A little 500 lunchbox with a neve preamp and a jlm la 500
Couple of aea ribbon pres ..a couple of neumanns to sing into
If I am in the mood .
A kawai electric piano ..few guitars an gtr amp and if
I can stop myself ..NOTHING ELSE

Will it all fit ?
Stick around n see

Meanwhile
Hd native card .. In a mac

Cool..the reason I ask is that I just snagged a cheap-ish x-panda (which can be used alone) and wouldn't mind getting my hands on the x-desk as well...
