WTB: minidigilink to digilink adapter cable

dont suppose anyone has bought a new avid interface and has a spare one of these little adapter cables?
im one short in my set up cause of the parts of the old system i am using
happy to pay decent $$$ rather than wait for one to get here from the USA (as i cant seem to find a seller in aust!)
