An artist I work with needs a Rode condenser or similar for vocal in a small home demo setup.
Needed asap.
Budget is cheap.

I have a friend selling an NT-1, an NTV in a case with accessories and a Classic II in case with accessories. If you are interested in any of these let me know which one and I will get you a price. All in great condition.

I've got a Rode NT-1A that I don't use very much these days, I got it new a few years ago, it's head basket is a bit crooked and I've lost the attachable pop filter, but it's in perfect working condition, and has it's shock mount and fabric cover. I can send a photo tomorrow when I dig it up.

I hadn't thought about selling it till seeing your post, I guess I'd be looking at $150+postage from Adelaide if that suited the budget...? Happy to package and post it ASAP too.
