FS: Empirical Labs Distressor EL8-X

I have for sale an Empirical Labs Distressor EL8-X (British Mode) version.

Only one issue with it, the redline indicator remains on. Looking into this, it does not affect the unit at all and looks to be a simple fix. See here https://www.gearslutz.com/board/high-en ... issue.html

Outside of this, the unit is in excellent condition and sounds great

I serviced one last year with an issue where the LED ramp was latched on. It was an LED driver IC, it that's the same issue it's a straightforward repair.

I have sent the unit to Rob to get the LED fixed, so not currently for sale

The unit was sorted by Rob, turned out to be a minor fix. I can provide the invoice for the repair.

I decided to hold onto it for a while longer to get more use out of it, but have decided to now put it back up for sale.
