FS:Sony MX-P21 8 channel mixer

Selling this Sony mixer, originally built for broadcast and - if what I've read is true - originally cost $12,000.

I know.

Anyway - super heavy duty Sony build quality, superb preamps... I've been using it as a keyboard submixer but I've used the pres on an album recording and the (very picky) client loved them. No direct outs but definitely mod-able. Apparently similar mic pre circuit to the big MXP-3000 console.

All the broadcast quality stuff you would expect (individual switched 48v etc etc). I've just been over it and everything works as it should with the following observations -

- Left XLR line output a bit low. Unbalanced line out and monitor out fine.
- Channel 3 Peak indicator LED stuck on (channel otherwise fine)
- headphone out is low/intermittent

I haven't tested every in and out so for that reason it's sold as is, but the important stuff all works fine.

Heavy for it's size (about 12kgs) so pickup much preferred (but will ship if necessary). I'm only after $180 - that's $22.50 per mic pre!
