Two PCI expansion chassis, Intel Mac compatible

Some of you might have seen these on the Facebook Audio Trading and Studio Gear Classifieds.

1. Magma PE6R4-I 6-slot
http://magma.com/products/classic-pci-expansion/6-slot-pci-x-expansion/
From memory, RRP on these was around $2500 at the time of purchase. $600 now.

2. Digidesign 64bit with PE6NE-I upgrade kit, effectively the same as the PE6R4-I
http://magma.com/products/kits-and-parts/expansion-kits/pe6ne-i/
Upgrade kit is now US$1800. Whole chassis with upgrade now $500.

Both include a PCI Express host adaptor. Maybe not the same model but equivalent to this:
http://magma.com/products/kits-and-parts/cards-and-backplanes/pcie-x8-gen-2-host-and-expansion-interface-card-pehifx8g2/
and an Infiniband cable:
http://magma.com/products/kits-and-parts/cables/3m-ipass-x4-to-x8-pcie-cable/

I originally posted this without HD cards or extras. I now have a PCI Core card and have permission to transfer an HD8 license for $100 extra.

These came from working systems and are "disposed" assets... part of the leftovers once we traded the minimum hardware for HDX systems. As a result of their not being on the asset register, they effectively don't exist and so my workplace can't issue an invoice or a receipt. I would prefer not to use my personal Paypal account so I can't be seen to be benefiting at the expense of my workplace, so I propose that interested buyers offer to purchase or trade items of equivalent (or close) value in exchange (for my workplace NOT ME).

Bump! I can now offer an HD Core card and HD8 license for one of these -- see edited listing.

Still here. Remember, folks, one of these has a Core card and a license. Add your Mac Pro and you'll have a functioning Pro Tools HD system.
