$800
Seeing as Chris sold his Passive Mix on here for 500, figure the upgrade with monitor control is worth 800? Get at me with what you reckon...

This is Rob Squire's 16:2 Passive Mix with a nifty monitor contoller all rolled into one 2RU unit.
Passive summing of up to 16 Channels. These can then be panned hard right, hard left or centre. Connections on rear via DB25. You then need to run the signal through a pre amp of your choice to make the gain up that you lose through the passive summing. This allows you to add whatever vibe you want to your stereo mix - I mainly had mixes running through some API's, but used Auditronics, JLMs and a bunch of other cool things over the years.
The unit has an insert circuit which is switchable in/out on the front, allowing you to put EQ, Comp in the circuit. A really handy feature that allows you to A/B exactly what your master buss chain is doing to the mix.
Mix output is your 2-track return.
2 monitor outputs that are switchable on the front.
Nice volume control pot.
Source swtich to toggle between your mix, ch 1,2 (when listening to itunes or whatever) and and external input.
Stereo, mono or mute playback switch.
Really nice headphone amp.
And good VU meters.
Linkable to another unit to take the summing to 32 channels.
Only ever owned by me. Perfect for a Lynx Aurora or similar.
