We have a room for rent in a commercial warehouse in Northcote Victoria 3070.

The room is 3.3 by 3.8 Meters and 2.7 high, It currently has quite a few acoustic panels for a dead acoustic, but can be changed to whatever you prefer. it is air conditioned and secure via a large external steel gate, external monitored alarmed security door, and your own internal locked door.

In the past this room has been used as a video edit suite, a songwriters studio, a small mastering room, and for the last 3 years has been home to electronic dance music remixers darren glen and andy J.

The warehouse itself contains 2 other studios, Toyland and TenderTrap, and also is home to Logitronics the equipment repairers, there is good parking (5 spaces onsite) and the outside street has no meters.

the room can be used for whatever really, but something music business related is always a good fit.

we want $450 a month (about $104 a week) and for this you get somewhere to start a business, bring clients to and get out of home
